• Original Characters
• Fanart*

* It depends on the IP holder’s policy on fanart. E.g. Larian Studios, creators of Baldur’s Gate 3, allows sponsorships and donations for the fanart creators. In this case, if you want to include Astarion or other characters from the game, you act as a sponsor for me, the artist, and as a thank you I make a fanart for you ^^)

What I won’t paint:

• NSFW
• Hateful content
• Heavy gore

Commissions step-by-step

I’ll explain here how the whole process goes! Of course, before the commission starts, you can just send me an email with a general inquiry or any questions. I’m more than happy to clarify things and make the whole commission experience as enjoyable as possible. Just send me an email at: contact@magdalenaolechny.com. 

Okay, let’s start!

First, you send me an email at: contact@magdalenaolechny.com with the following information:

• number of commissions,
• type of commission,
• reference pictures of the characters,
• description of the character(s), your headcanons, whatever you want to,
• any other information that you think is important e.g. deadline.

You can send me as many reference pictures as you want and I highly appreciate text descriptions too! Whether you have lots and lots of ideas or would like to be surprised by me – it’s all good! We can also come up with ideas in the discussion process before taking a commission.

I’ll reply with the Terms of Service that you need to accept before I take your commission. After I agree to a commission and you agree to the Terms of Service and provide me with suitable references, I can start painting! I require a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm a Commission slot. The rest of the payment is made after receiving a sketch. 

Payment is made through Stripe (credit cards + depending on where you live also Apple Pay/Google Pay and other methods). If you live in the EU and pay in euros, you can also pay through SEPA bank transfer!

The painting process usually takes between 1 week and 1 month. If you need a painting before a specific date, we can discuss it and I’ll do what I can to provide you with the best service. 

You will get both the high-resolution, printable file and a smaller version perfect for sharing online!
